It’s just a matter of fact that we will all give an account of our lives once we live in this world which is why it’s imperative that you leave this world prepared to meet your Maker.

With that said, let’s look at the 5 easy ways of escaping God’s imminent judgment that will come upon this fallen world and all unsaved sinners who willfully chose their evil ways.

5 Ways To Escape God’s Judgment.

1. Believe In Jesus For Your Salvation.

The first thing you need to do if you don’t want to be a partaker of God’s final judgment that will be meted to all unrepentant sinners is to believe in the Lord Jesus Christ for your salvation.

By believing in Christ Jesus for your salvation, you affirm that only He can save you from the wrath to come and the consequences sin brings upon a sinner which is eternal damnation in hell.

It’s realizing that Jesus died for your sins so that you don’t have to spend eternity in hell that was meant for the devil and his angels (Matt 25:41)

Jesus loved you enough to die for you even if He knew you would reject Him and not love Him back but He loved you, anyway to die a sacrificial death for you on the cross.

Now that you have believed in the Lord Jesus Christ for your salvation and that only He can save you from hell, the second step to take now is to repent and confess your sins.

The repentance I am talking about here is the genuine repentance that makes you want to turn from your sinful ways and return to the Lord in godly sorrow for your sins that precede true repentance.

You need to understand that genuine repentance is very crucial for genuine salvation and conversion to occur in your life. Without that, you can’t be truly saved at all.

It’s why Jesus Christ told us in Luke 13:3 that unless we repent, we will likewise perish. Yes, you need to turn from your sins as well as confess them before the Lord in prayer.

By doing so, you will show that you are truly sorry for your sins, which you need to be, as you have offended the Lord so much by committing your sins with impunity.

It will also show that you are not serious about your salvation and that you are still in love with your sinful life that’s just taking you to hell and destroying you.

Sadly, many wannabe Christians only end on the second step and forget that forsaking one’s sins is also needed to truly obtain mercy and forgiveness from the Lord.

However, if you truly don’t want to partake of God’s fierce judgment that all unrepentant and ungodly people who never wanted to turn from their evil ways will face, you must leave your sinful past behind.

4. Go And Sin No More.

After believing in Christ for your salvation, repenting, confessing, and forsaking your sins, you now need to go and sin no more as Jesus told the woman caught in adultery in John 8:11.

By sinning no more and vowing never to return to your old sinful life and sinful pleasures of the flesh you once loved, you prove to God that you want nothing to do with His judgment.

Now that you are saved from the wrath to come, there is no reason why you must want to return to your old sins that were just ruining your precious soul unless you are dumb and hate yourself.

Let me remind you that no lifetime of enjoying the temporary pleasures of sin here on earth is worth damning your soul in hell as suffering there will be eternal and absolute.

This is crucial because Jesus Christ tells us in Matthew 24:13 that only those who endure to the end will be saved and escape the impending judgment of God that will come upon the ungodly.

 As you may be well aware it’s not how you start your Christian journey that matters but how you finish it is what ultimately matters in the end and determines your eternal destiny.

I am sure you just like me have seen many promising Christians who started so well but after a few trials and persecution, they backslide and are no more.

These people have returned to the world as they thought it was not worth it to continue to fight the fight of faith.

But if you want to be like the apostle Paul who faithfully fought a good fight of faith and finished his race as he said in 2 Timothy 4:7,8, you as well must finish the race to the end.

Only then, will you enter heaven and finally celebrate with indescribable joy not yet known to man knowing that you forever escaped God’s judgment coming upon all unrepentant sinners.
