Another important quality of a good wife who’s a godly woman is that she shows respect for her parents as well as her husband’s parents by honoring them as elders in their home, giving honor unto their father and mother who raised them (Ephesians 6:1-4). She does so by respecting their opinions even when they differ from hers, remembering that all authority comes from God.
